Favorite FREE At Home Workout Website – Darebee.com

darebee_com

Formerly known as NeilaRey.com and started by Neila Rey who also headed up a Google + Fitness Community (back when it was a thing) with almost a million members.

Darebee is an independent fitness resource run and maintained by a small group of volunteers and fitness enthusiasts. They make fitness accessible, make training fun, and make a healthy lifestyle easier to start and maintain – on a budget.

They believe that fitness is not a privilege, it should be made accessible for everyone – not just people who can pay for it.

What We LoveAbout Darebee.com

We love the variety of workouts they offer. Just take a look at their WORKOUTS page and you will find hundreds of amazing workouts with illustrations of each routine (most of which require No Equipment).

If you scroll down to the bottom of the Workouts page there is a great search feature that allows you to filter the list of workouts by the following options:

  • TYPE of workout (strength/tone, high burn, HIIT / interval training, combat, stretching, yoga)
  • FOCUS on particular body parts (full body, upper body, lower body, abs)
  • DIFFICULTY level (light, easy, normal, hard, advanced)
  • EQUIPMENT (none, dumbbells, pull-up bar, weapons, other)
  • ILLUSTRATIONS (boys, girls, with video)

Once you click on any of the workouts you come to the detail page for that workout that has a huge downloadable illustration for that workout as well as details about what muscles you will be working while doing the workout.

They even offer a timer that you can use on the website for your break time.

Here is an example of one of the workouts called the “Easy Daily Workout”.

We have featured this workout as one of our Workouts of the Week – The “Easy” Daily Workout.
