30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 10

I’m now 1/3 of the way done!!!

I finished Day 10 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and this one was just all high knees.  My cardio is already getting better so I was feeling good for most of this workout.  I was a little winded near the end but I finished all 10 rounds and feel great.
