30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 11

I finished Day 11 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout this morning and I’m feeling really good today.  This workout was shorter than some of the others at a total of 10 minutes of workout with 10 minutes of rest for an entire workout of 20 minutes.  It’s a short but great workout.  I was feeling good when I was done so I did 5 one minute planks to finish off my workout for the day.  Looking forward to tomorrow.
