Today’s Workout is called “Flappy Bird” aka Shoulder Burn 🙂
I finished Day 15 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and I am now half way done!!!
Today’s workout gave my shoulders a good burn. After the first round my shoulders were really burning and I thought it’s going to be hard to get all 10 rounds done today. But after 3-4 rounds my shoulders loosened up and I was able to finish the 10 rounds feeling really good. Looking forward to tomorrow.
