30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 20

ONLY 10 Days Left!!!

I finished Day 20 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and I’m feeling great.  Each round today was only 1 minute so this workout only took a total of about 20 minutes.  No excuses to workout when you can get a great workout that fast.

As always after a good workout I have my Isagenix Isalean Protein Shake.
