30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 22

ROCKY!!!  That is the name of today’s workout.  ALL Punches.

I finished Day 22 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and today’s workout is just all punches.  This is one of the longer workouts with 30 minutes of actual punches with a little rest in between for a total of about 50 minutes.  After 30 minutes of punching I was DONE and ready to stop.   I could really feel it in my shoulders, back and arms.

When the workout was done I felt like yelling ADRIAN!!!! 🙂

Great workout and I look forward to tomorrow.
