30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 26


I finished Day 26 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and today’s workout was all jumping jacks.

This wasn’t too difficult but after 20 minutes of jumping jacks I was ready for something else 🙂

After my workout I had my usual protein shake.
