30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 28

Another HOT Landing…

That is the name of today’s workout and it got my legs burning.

I finished Day 28 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and my legs were pretty much spent by the end of the 10 rounds.  The workout says to do all of the rounds throughout the day but I went ahead and did them all together with about one and a half minutes of rest between rounds.

Great workout and only 2 more days left in this 30 Day program!!!

After my workout I had my usual protein shake.
