30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 7

I finished Day 7 of the 30 Days of HIIT and what I thought was going to be a really easy day turned out to be pretty hard. Doing that many punches really worked my shoulders and back muscles and by the time I finished the 10 rounds I was already feeling a little sore.

Great workout – 20 total minutes of punches and 120 pushes.
