30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 9

I finished Day 9 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and this one had me breathing pretty hard.  The Jumping Jacks were no problem but by the time I was finishing up on the second set of plank jacks I was feeling a little winded.  I could really feel my shoulders and abs getting a workout today.
