I saw this workout on Darebee.com and I thought this shouldn’t be too bad. Only 4 exercises at 1 minute each. I can knock out level one of this in less than 20 minutes.
All I can say after finishing is WOW!!! This will get your heart pounding, legs burning and sweat pouring.

Instructions: Repeat each move for 1 minute one after the other with no rest in between for a total of 4 minutes, rest for exactly 2 minute and repeat it again 3, 4 or 5 times depending on your fitness level.
