If you’ve had a chance a to look around my site you can tell that I’m very concerned with toxins and how they affect our health.

I’ve learned there are many different ways to cleanse and detox. My favorite is daily cleansing.

Toxins can cause a merid of health issues. The most obvious is that sluggish and tired feeling that you just can’t explain. Weight that won’t budge is often a sign of stored toxins.

Our bodies were designed to cleanse itself but often due to the bombardment of environmental toxins our bodies natural cleansing system can get clogged up.

I’m sure you read some articles about environmental toxins or even heard about the recent Detox Summit.

I know you’ve heard of Suzanne Somers.  She is one of the most popular celebrities who has taken on toxins. She wrote a book called Tox-Sick that I highly recommend.

The more I read the more I believe that we should be detoxing daily.

Daily cleansing is easy and doesn’t involve sitting on the toilet all day. It’s just a way to help your body do what it is naturally supposed to do.

There are cleanse drinks, cleansing pills and detox baths.

Even intermittent fasting, skin brushing and fascia blasting are forms of  daily cleansing.

What I Do For Daily Cleansing

Even if you eat clean you are still hit with lots of toxins in the air you breathe.

How about the products you use in your home and on your skin?

There are different detoxing methods that can help certain conditions.

Here are some things I do daily to help my body cleanse and detox naturally.

    • Drink Lemon Water
    • Eat raw vegetables and low sugar fruits for snacks
    • Add Chia Seeds (for fiber) to my protein shakes
    • Drink reverse osmosis water
    • Intermittent Fast  -I don’t usually eat until about 10am and I stop about 6pm
    • Drink 2 servings a day of Cleanse For Life
    • Exercise – trampoline, weights, walking anything to get my body moving.

      I used to make green drinks long before I learned about cleansing but it got time-consuming and I quit. Now, I don’t make the time for it and don’t feel I need them since I add IsaGreens to my protein shakes or drink them separately.

      It’s easy to drink and it tastes good. Not to mention I’ve found that when I drink it daily I feel less sluggish and I crave less junk.

      My 10-year-old daughter has trouble with food dyes. I’ve found when I give her a serving of cleanse before bed it gently helps her body flush the dyes and junk that cause her to feel bad.

      Do I really think someone should do full cleanse days?

      Every few months I will do 1-2 full cleanse days. On those days all I drink is Cleanse For Life and eat a few raw vegetables.

      On a cleanse day, when your body sees it’s not going to get fed the typical solid foods, your body starts working on carbs and then it moves on to fat.

      If your goal is to deep cleanse toxins or lose weight that just won’t budge you will eventually want to try a 2 day cleanse.

      The first day of the cleanse is hard but day 2 is much easier. I find after 2 cleanse days I’m more energized and it’s like I hit RESTART on my body.

      The last time I did a 2 day cleanse I lost 3lbs. I keep off the weight as long as I don’t feed my body junk.

      In Conclusion

      I think that we all should be doing some type of detoxing. Everything I’ve read supports this and we are bombarded with toxins every day.

      If you haven’t researched this yourself. It’s time you did. It’s become an important health issue and toxins are affecting the health of everyone. Some effects may be subtle or become major issues before you realize it.

Daily Cleanse Routine

Below is the daily cleansing routine I recommend for anyone using the Isagenix 30 Day System for the first time. I know it’s scary to do full cleanse days so daily cleansing is a great way to start.
