Today’s Workout is called “THE HOPPER”.
I finished Day 14 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and this one was all types of “hopping” exercises.
Level 1 is 10 rounds and each round consists of the following:
30 second hops
30 second side to side single leg hops
30 second half jacks
30 second side to side hops
By the end of the 2 minutes my calves were burning.
My calves got a really good workout today and they may be sore tomorrow 🙂
