I finished Day 18 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and this workout is a combo HIIT workout where you do 2 exercises in a row. It took me a little while to get the hang of it but after the first round I had it down.
The video is just a short portion of the workout and I realized I was bending my leg on the skater portion more than I was supposed to on this first round. I corrected the issue on the other 9 rounds and finished up all 10 rounds for another great workout.
