30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 21


I finished Day 21 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and today’s workout wore me out.

After the 1st round I was breathing hard and my legs were burning.  I made the half way point at 5 rounds and did not feel like doing another 5 rounds but I pushed through and finished all 10 rounds.  I am sure I will be sore tomorrow after this workout.
