Today’s workout is aptly named DOUBLE BURN and now I know why…OUCH.
I finished Day 23 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and after just the first round my legs were already burning. The 30 seconds of high knees wasn’t too bad but 30 seconds of jump lunges was killing me. During many of the rounds I had to substitute the jump lunges with just regular lunges or reverse lunges. I finished all 10 rounds worn out.
Great workout and I look forward to tomorrow.
