I finished Day 25 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and today’s workout only called for 3 rounds so I thought…no problem.
However each round consists of 5 exercises that are 1 minute each.
The first exercise, the “fly steps”, had me breathing hard after the 1 minute and I could really feel a “good” burn in my quads and lower back.
The next 4 exercises of toe tap hops, butt kicks, lunge step ups, and high knees all had me breathing hard after 1 minute and they all worked different muscles.
This was a GREAT workout and I look forward to tomorrow.
After my workout I had my usual protein shake.
