Punches and Pushups…
I finished Day 27 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout and today’s workout was A LOT of punches and a few pushups. Each round is approximately 4 minutes so with the 1 minute of rest between rounds this one lasted about 50 minutes. I wasn’t really in the mood to workout today but I went ahead and did it and finished the 10 rounds feeling pretty good.
This video is the first round and as you may notice I lost track of time this first round and didn’t actually do the full 4 minutes 🙂
