I finished Day 3 of the 30 Days of HIIT and my legs are already starting to feel sore!!! This workout is 5 exercises that are done for 1 minute each with a 1 minute rest in between. I did the Level 1 which is 3 total rounds and a total of about 30 minutes for the workout. About halfway through round 2, while doing the squats, I started to feel like giving up. My quads were burning and I wanted to stop. But I pushed through it and finished that round and the 3rd round and felt really good after I was done. I had been slacking on my cardio lately so this workout really got my heart and lungs going. Great workout and I look forward to the next one.
