30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 6

I finished Day 6 of the 30 Days of HIIT and I was feeling pretty good the whole time.  The Workout is 20 second Jumping Jacks, 20 second High Knees and 20 second Jump Lunges.  The jumping jacks and high knees were no problem for 20 seconds but the jump lunges gave a good burn to my legs.  I finished the 10 rounds and can already tell my cardio is getting better.  Looking forward to tomorrow.
