Workout of the Week – Footballer

Our workout of the week is the “Footballer” or as we in the states might call it the “Soccer” workout.

I did Level 1 that calls for 3 rounds of the workout. Each round only takes approximately 3 minutes so you can finish 3 rounds in about 15 minutes which includes rest time. All in all it was a nice little workout.
