At Home Leg Workout
My workout of the week is called “Leg Day”. This is a great leg workout if you want to get a quick workout in.
Along with a variety of workouts, Dave and I like to mix up the equipment we use.
Here are some of our favorites.
Pressed For Time
I was pressed for time this morning so I just did Level 1 that calls for 3 rounds of the workout.
Each set only takes approximately 2 minutes so you can finish 3 sets in less than 10 minutes which includes rest time.
If you have time then go for the 5 or 7 sets.
Instructions: Repeat each move with no rest in between until the set is done, rest up to 2 minutes and repeat the whole set again 3, 5 or 7 times depending on your fitness level.
What it works: quads, glutes, lower back, hamstrings, lower back.
