I’ve been adding Chia seeds to my food for the last year. They are becoming so popular that even Costco sells them. My favorite way to add chia seeds to my diet is by adding them to my oatmeal or protein shake. The seeds give bulk and make me feel fuller longer.
Sometimes when I’m hungry but don’t know what I want to snack on I will put 1 tablespoon in about 4 oz of water and drink it down fast. I know, that sounds crazy but it works. It’s like a little fiber shot. Try it yourself!
