Day 5 of the 30 Days of HIIT advanced workout is aptly named “Burn, Baby, Burn“.
This workout is just ALL BURPEES with a little rest in between. By the end of the 1st round my legs were really burning and I didn’t think I would be able to do another 4 rounds. I pushed through and finished 5 rounds and I was really whooped when done. I can’t imaging doing Level II or Level III where you do 10-15 rounds of these.
After the workout I refueled with the Isagenix IsaLean protein shake.
