30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 8

So the name of today’s workout is called “Hot Landing” and now I know why!!! 

Once I was about half way through the jump squats my legs really started to feel a good burn.  I did the 10 rounds with a 1 to 2 minute rest between rounds and I can tell my legs are going to be sore tomorrow.  Great leg workout.
