30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Day 12

12 Days Down…18 to go!!!

I finished Day 12 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout this morning and I can really tell my cardio has gotten better since starting this workout program.

Today’s workout was 40 seconds of side leg raises and 20 seconds of knee strikes for 10 rounds.  My hip flexors sure got a good workout today 🙂
