I finished Day 30 of the 30 Days of HIIT (advanced) workout feeling great. Probably because I knew I was done with the 30 day program 🙂
Today’s workout consisted of 20 second knee strikes, 20 second lunge steps ups and 20 second high knees. 1 minute per round for 10 rounds. I finished all 10 rounds feeling really good.
Now I have to decide what I want to do for my next workout routine???
