I finished Day 4 of the 30 Days of HIIT and it was much easier than the previous days. My legs were still a little sore from day 3, but after finishing up this workout much of the soreness from the previous day was gone. This was an easy day but I looked ahead for the next day and it is all Burpees…which I am not looking forward to.
