Workout of the Week – Batman

The Batman workout is nine different exercises designed to work your quads, triceps, biceps, chest, shoulders, lower abs, lateral abs, glutes, upper abs, aerobic system, and cardiovascular system. This workout designed by Neilyrey.com has it all.

It’s not the Ben Affleck Batman workout but it will get you pumped up if you do all the sets.

Instructions: Repeat each move one after the other with no rest in between until the set is done, rest up to 2 minutes and repeat the whole set again as many times as you can depending on your fitness level – can you do it 10 times?

Tip: Perform for speed and fluidity of motion. Execute the full range of motion of each exercise but resist the temptation to start-and-stop each time. Instead, use each exercise to create a bounce effect in execution that enables you to just keep on going.
