Dave and I work out at home and like to try a variety of workouts.
In this post, I’ll share our 2 favorite websites for free workouts.
Plus, show you some of our favorite workouts from both sites.
If you Google “At Home Workouts” you will find over 136 million websites with numerous options for working out at home.
Google even suggests options such as “at home workouts for men, at home workouts for women, at home workouts for weight loss” to help narrow down your search, but each of these still come up with millions of results.
Or jump over to YouTube and do the same search for “At Home Workouts” and you come up with over 15 million videos and they suggest options to narrow down your search as well such as “at home workouts for men, at home workouts for women, at home workouts for beginners, at home workout for moms” and on and on.

Daniel and Kelli are the husband and wife team behind Fitness Blender, a site that offers a huge selection of full-length video workouts of all different types.
Here you will find fat-burning workouts, kickboxing routines, total body strength training, workouts for boosting metabolism, stretching sequences, and more.
From Daniel and Kelli “We started Fitness Blender because we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their income.
