The main thing to remember about Isagenix is to pay attention to how your body feels and don't be too hard on yourself when you first get started.

If you are new to using protein shakes and cleansing then it may take longer to find a daily routine that works for you.

Just because your friend had results utilizing a certain schedule doesn't mean it will work for you because your body is different.

You can get results using Isagenix but you may have to tweak the schedule to work for you.

Easiest Isagenix Calendar To Help You Get Started

After helping 100's of people get started on Isagenix I've found that the best way to get started with Isagenix is to follow a very simple routine until you get used to the products.

The very worst thing you can do is go into this thinking you are working with absolutes and that if you "mess up" or skip a shake then everything is ruined.

Of course, you may be a super Type A person and be able to just jump into a strict schedule without an issue but most people I talk to really don't do that well when they do this. (even when they convince me they love strict schedules)

Usually, people quit after the first week if they go all or nothing.

I'm not saying you do this willy nilly but I'm saying is take it easy and be kind to yourself.

Start Using Your Isagenix Products

Once you get your products don't let them sit in your house for weeks waiting for the perfect time to get started.

Unless you have a vacation the best time to get started is today.

Try this easy schedule below to get started using your Isagenix products.

Shake Days:

  • Drink 2 Isagenix Shakes per day
  • Eat a 400-600 calorie healthy meal (include healthy carbs, fat, and protein)
  • Eat a healthy snack (100-200 calories)
  • At some point during the day take a serving of Ionix, Isaflush, and Accelerator
  • Drink a serving of Hydrate as needed
  • Stay hydrated by drinking at least half your body weight in water
  • Abstain from soda, fancy coffee drinks, and sweetened tea
  • Drink black coffee or unsweetened tea if you need a little caffeine to get your day going

Cleanse Days:

Don't attempt a cleanse day until you've had a least 2 shake days first. Most people would do best with a full week of shake days to allow their body to get used to the Isagenix products.

  • Drink 4 servings of Cleanse for Life
  • Refrain from eating anything but the approved cleanse day snacks
  • Drink a serving of Hydrate as needed
