I finished day 1 of the 30 Days of HIIT and I’m whooped!!!
Here is a quick video of the first round of the workout.
Level 1 of the workout calls for 10 rounds and after 3 rounds I was thinking I’m not going to make it to 10 rounds so I decided I would just do 6 rounds.
Once I finished round 6 I rested a couple of minutes and was able to finish all 10 rounds with a 2-minute rest in between each round instead of the 1 minute suggested rest time.
