Pumpkin Protein Recipes
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Smoothie
- 2 scoops Pumpkin protein powder
- 1/4 c. 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 4-6 drops cheesecake flavoring
- 1/4 of a whole graham cracker, crushed
- 8 oz. Water
- 1/2 c. Ice
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Dip
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 scoops pumpkin shake powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons milk
Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies S’mores bars!!!
- 4 cups Marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp yogurt butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Isalean protein
- 6 cups organic rice cereal
Follow the regular directions for making Rice Krispies treats, adding in the protein powder to the melted marshmallows.
Organic Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls
- 2 Scoops Pumpkin Shake Power
- ½ cup organic sunflower seed butter
- ½ cup raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 tablespoons of organic agave or organic honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Stevia (vanilla)
- 1-2 tbsp organic Almond Milk
- Mix all ingredients, except almond milk, in a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp of Almond milk, followed by a second tbsp if needed, to bring the mixture to a consistency for rolling into balls.
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Yogurt
- 6 oz. vanilla (or plain) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice IsaLean Protein Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Put the first 3 ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Add toppings of your choice: granola, pepitas, almond butter, or pumpkin butter.
