No Bake Protein Snack Balls
I don’t have a food processor so I mixed it all by hand. Use a food processor if you have one.
1/4 cup old fashion oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup ground flax
1TB Whey Protein ( chocolate or vanilla)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 TB water
75% chocolate shavings
Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor (not a blender) process until fine crumbles form.
Add the water and process again. Stir in chocolate. Form into mini balls store in airtight container.
