Stress Away by Young Living is one of my favorite essential oil blends.
It’s the hints of lime and vanilla that I smell the most.
You can use this blend straight out of the bottle without a carrier oil.
I dab on a few drops before I leave the house or I put a few drops in a diffuser in my office.

Make Your Own Stress Away Blend
Try your hand at making your own Stress Away blend.
Even if it doesn’t smell exactly like Stress Away I’m sure it will help reduce your stress considering all the oils it includes.
You can thanks Tash at There’s An EO For That for this recipe.
Combine the following oils into an empty 5ml essential oil bottle:
• 5 drops ocotea essential oil
• 9 drops lavender essential oil
• 9 drops cedarwood essential oil
• 19 drops copaiba essential oil
• 19 drops lime essential oil
• 39 drops vanilla in jojoba oil (or 10-20 drops vanilla absolute)
Tash recommends you allow the blend to “synergize” for a few days if possible to let the oils meld.
You will notice the aroma mature and “age” making the perfect dupe for the original Stress Away blend!
Stress Away Alternatives
There are a few other blends you can try if you can’t get your hands on Stress Away or if you want to try a different brand.
They don’t smell like Stress Away but they may help reduce your stress and anxiety.

Lime Essential Oil
For me, it’s the lime and the vanilla in Stress Away Blend that I like the most.
Sometimes, I add a few drops of each into a diffuser to get the scent I enjoy plus it helps lower stress levels.
I found the lime and vanilla at Simply Earth to be affordable and smell great.
