PreMade Blends With Vanilla Essential Oil

As much as I like to experiment with diffuser blends it is nice to have premade blends on hand.

Sometimes, they just smell different or even better than when I mix the oils.

1. Vanilla Woods Blend by Simply Earth

This blend by Simply Earth is a mix of Peru Balsam, Benzoin, Vanilla Oleoresin

Peru Balsam for one, is listed in the Encyclopedia of Essential Oils to be soothing in times of stress. Vanilla, on the other hand, has potential antidepressant activity and calming properties that uplift one’s mood. Together, these ingredients make this blend aromatically therapeutic.

2. Love Blend By Plant Therapy

One of their top-selling blends! Blending together creamy Vanilla, Copaiba, and Sandalwood with heady Ylang Ylang.

Diffuser Blends With Vanilla Essential Oil

Diffuser Blends With Madagascar Vanilla By Doterra

Madagascar vanilla has a rich, warm, and sweet aroma.

Like the other vanilla, it can be blended into body lotion and used as a personal fragrance.

According to Doterra:

It takes three to four years for the vanilla plant to begin producing beans that must be harvested by hand. The beans then go through a time-consuming and labor-intensive process to allow them to fully develop their aroma and flavor. Afterward, the beans are ground into small pieces and, to preserve the natural vanilla aroma, pressurized CO2 is used in a two-step extraction process that captures the aromatic constituents from the beans to create the absolute. We combine this absolute with Fractionated Coconut Oil and the result is doTERRA Madagascar Vanilla.

Vanilla Diffuser Recipes With Young Living Essential Oil

Diffuser Blends With Young Living Vanilla Oleoresin

Vanilla oleoresin is not technically an essential oil since it cannot be produced by steam distillation or mechanically extracted from the plant.

The solvents are removed from vanilla extract to produce vanilla oleoresin.

According to Young Living:

Young Living’s Vanilla is not strictly an extract or an absolute, both of which contain mostly alcohol and do not blend well with essential oils. Noticing these flaws in mainstream vanilla extracts and absolutes, the D. Gary Young Research Institute worked to find a vanilla product that would meet our Seed to Seal® quality commitment and blend well with our essential oils. The result is a first-of-its-kind extraction method that yields a Vanilla oleoresin in fractionated coconut oil that diffuses and blends beautifully with essential oils.
