My Favorite Anti Aging Tool

This sonic face brush has been a game changer. I’ve been using organic lotions and oils on my face for years but when I started using this device I’ve noticed the oils work better and my skin is even smoother.

High-frequency sonic pulses allow the removal of dirt, oils and makeup residues. Low-frequency pulses boost blood circulation in wrinkle-prone areas, increasing the production of collagen and elastin to restore the skin’s firmness and elasticity.

I typically use the face brush at night. I clean my face like I normally would and then I apply my moisturizing oils to my face with the brush and massage my face with it.

I have noticed it is reducing fine lines even better than with the oils alone and it’s been excellent in removing dead skin cells.

I wake up in the morning with super smooth skin.

These brushes are waterproof, rechargeable, and can be washed easily with soap and water.

I’ve purchased these brushes for my daughters.

Almond Oil For Natural Skin Care

There are actually two types of almonds – sweet and bitter. The sweet almonds are the ones most widely used for cosmetics, healing and culinary purposes.

There are several sweet almond varieties grown in the U.S. – especially in California.

The bitter almond isn’t commercially grown or distributed in the U.S. because it contains cyanide which can be highly toxic. However, bitter almond oil can be taken under a doctor’s supervision for healing purposes such as antifungal, antiviral, anti-itch and antispasmodic conditions.

Dry Skin

Natural Sunscreen

Almond Oil has the ability to prevent and slow the effects of UV damage. It’s easily absorbed into the skin and has a light feel on the skin.

Reduce The Signs of Aging

These combine to dramatically reduce the incidence of acne, as well as the scars from acne and stretch marks, inflammation of the skin and the fine lines which may appear as we age.

Body Scrub and Exfoliator

Use Moroccan Argan Oil as an all-over exfoliator by mixing a drop or two of the oil with a tablespoon of brown sugar. Then, rub into your face and neck in a circular motion for a couple of minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

Some skin care companies add Argan Oil to their hair and skin care products, but the best way to use it is in its purest form.

One word of caution when purchasing argan oil – beware of products which dilute the argan oil with cheap ingredients that won’t provide the same quality as pure argan oil. The low-quality oil won’t have the nutrients you expect in the pure product and won’t give you the same results.
