Sweet Smelling Essential Oil Diffuser Blends

23) DIY Mask Spray Mist

Dab your favorite essential oils on the side of your mask for energy, immune support, or stress. If you prefer you can make a spray using a 2 oz spray bottle or a small mister like I learned from SheriSilver.com.

Basic 2 oz Bottle Recipe: Add 8-10 drops of essential oil, 3 tablespoons of witch hazel, and water to a 2 oz spray bottle.

Basic Mini Spritz Recipe: Add 4-6 drops essential oils, a splash of witch hazel or water to a small mini spray bottle like these.

Note: Wash your mask after every use.
