Sweet Smelling Essential Oils For Skin
When I think of essential oils for skin I think of Tea Tree or Lavender but there are a number of sweet-smelling oils that are good for your skin.
Ylang Ylang, geranium, rose, or the citrus oils like grapefruit and orange have many skin benefits.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Best known for balancing and regulating oil production in the skin and hair to prevent excessive dryness and oiliness. It soothes inflammation and irritation on the body and the scalp while strengthening skin and hair.
Geranium Essential Oil
Helps improve skin elasticity and smooth the skin promoting blood circulation helping to heal bruises, broken capillaries, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, ringworm, and other skin conditions.
Grapefruit Essential Oil
This sweet and a little bit bitter is commonly used to fight fatigue, muscle aches and help curb sugar cravings but did you know it can also be used to make cellulite cream and fight the bacteria and greasiness that can cause acne blemishes.
Cellulite Cream – Mix together 30 drops of grapefruit essential oil and coconut oil in a small jar. Apply to legs liberally.
Acne Cream – Mix together 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil and coconut oil (or jojoba oil). Apply to acne 1 to 2 times daily.

which ess oil blend would i use for cookies and cream
That’s a new one. Hmm, I would try vanilla and chocolate. I also saw a fragrance oil on Amazon with a few reviews indicating it smelled just like cookies. It’s used to make candles: https://amzn.to/3fV8skE
Is that citrus blend for lip balm a strong smell or light?
I’d start with just a few drops of oil and test it. You can always add more if needed.
