Toxins can cause a myriad of health issues. The most obvious are that sluggish and tired feeling that you just can’t explain. The weight that won’t budge can also be a sign of stored toxins.
Our body was designed to cleanse itself but often due to the bombardment of environmental toxins our natural cleansing system can get clogged up.

Daily cleansing is easy and doesn’t have to involve sitting on the toilet all day. It’s just a way to help your body do what it is naturally supposed to do.

Even if you eat clean you are still hit with lots of toxins in the air you breathe.

Daily Cleanse Routine Using Isagenix
Below is the daily cleansing routine I recommend for anyone using the Isagenix 30 Day System. I know it’s scary to do full cleanse days so daily cleansing is a great way to start.
