I’ve gotten several requests for intermittent fasting trackers so thought I would cover that here.
Isagenix has a printable tracker if you plan to use their system but you can also buy generic intermittent fasting trackers.

So when do you use the Isagenix cleanse? Do you use the cleanse everyday along with your Intermittent fast or do you still participate in the full day cleanse as well?
Theresa, that’s a great question. Reading back over the post I can see how I could have been more clear. I will update this post soon to reflect the changes that come to mind as I read it. I wrote it 2 years ago and since I have a lot of content on my site sometimes posts don’t get updated as they should. Of course, my old posts are not as well written as my new ones. 🙁
I still intermittent fast every day. Most days of the week I have my first meal between 12-1 and stop eating about 6. During my eating window, I have a shake, nuts, protein bar or some healthy snack, and then dinner. Dinner is usually a protein, vegetables, and healthy fat. I take an ounce or 2 of Cleanse for Life a few times a week at night before bed.
When I eat too many sweets or after vacation, I’ll do full cleanse days to get back on track.
Of course, a person can intermittent fast without Isagenix but the shakes give me something nutritious to eat when I break my fast and they save me time. The Cleanse For Life takes care of the cellular cleansing. I use the Ionix, greens (in my shake) and vitamins daily for all the minerals, vitamins, herbs I would be taking anyway.
