DIY Massage Oil Blends Recipes

Harmonizing Massage Blend

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 18 Drops Clary Sage
- 12 Drops Marjoram Sweet
- 6 Drops Geranium Bourbon or Egyptian
- 6 Drops Carrot Seed
Directions:
- Add the following ingredients to a 2-ounce bottle then shake to combine all the ingredients.
- Apply to your lower abdomen and massage gently.
Tummy Massage
To ease stomach discomfort add the following to a 2-ounce squeeze bottle and massage a teaspoon on the stomach.

- 1/2 cup of Epsom salts
- 2 Drops Clary Sage
- 2 Drops Lavender
- 3 Drop Frankincense
DIY Cuticle Balm
This recipe using Clary Sage is great for nourishing your cuticles.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Beeswax Pearls
- 2 Tbsp Jojoba Carrier Oil
- 6 Drops Clary Sage
- 5 Drops Lavender
- 4 Drops Palmarosa
- Empty lip balm tubes
Directions:
- Melt beeswax in a glass bowl over simmering water.
- Add Jojoba and stir.
- Add essential oils and stir to combine.
- Pour into lip balm tubes and apply on cuticles as needed to help relieve dry skin.
