I intermittent fast each day but it’s made easier with my favorite coffee (get it here) infused with green tea, coconut oil, and minerals.
I usually start my morning with lemon water then move on to my coffee allowing my body to reap the benefits of fasting all morning long.
Ah, mornings aren’t so bad. Well, as long as they don’t start before 8. 🙂
