There are three basic ways to use the Isagenix essential oils.
Read on to learn how plus I’ll give you specific tips for each oil.
These practical tips apply to most essential oils.
Just make sure you purchase your oils from a reputable company that provides pure oils and are 3rd party tested.
1. Apply Essence Essential Oils Topically
Apply one to two drops of essential oils to your skin.
To minimize skin sensitivity, mix with a few drops of your favorite carrier oil.
Essential Oil Tools & Accessories
The Isagenix Coconut Oil is soothing and versatile.
Other carrier oils you can use are almond, avocado, or olive oil.
You may want to stock up on a few roller bottles and spray bottles so when you find an oil recipe to try you will have what you need to make it.
That one pictured is my favorite kit because it comes with everything you need to get started including a funnel and lid remover.
Note: Some oils can burn the skin or be too strong if you have sensitive skin.
Always test a new oil before applying it to a large area of your skin.
2. Diffuse Essence Essential Oils
Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to your favorite diffuser or the Isagenix Cool Mist Diffuser to fill the room with aromatic goodness.

By the way: Go ahead and purchase that diffuser pictured even if you already have the Isagenix diffuser.
You will want more than one diffuser in your home.
Trust me on this one.
Everyone in your family will want a diffuser in their room once they start seeing the benefits.
That one is very portable and easy to use.

3. Ingest Essence Essential Oils
Each essential oil brand is different so please do not consume any essential oils that do not list on their label that they are safe to ingest.
Don’t take any chances with oils you aren’t 100% sure of.
These recommendations for ingestion are only for the Essence Essential Oils and only the following oils:
Lemon, Lavender, Frankincense, Peppermint, Defense Shield, Tumbliss, and Content.
Do not consume Isagenix Essential Oil Airway™ Blend, Isagenix Tea Tree Essential Oil, or Isagenix Eucalyptus Essential Oil.
Glass Water Bottle
Essential oils are potent so even the tiniest amount can provide great flavor and benefits.
Try dipping a toothpick into the oil and stirring it into your water, shake or cleanse drink.
Pro Tip: Use glass cups and bottles for the liquids you plan to add essential oils to.
Essential Oils can sometimes absorb into the plastic so you may miss out on their full benefit.
The bottle pictured is a favorite water bottle among essential oil enthusiast.
