Essential Oils are becoming very popular these days and for good reason. The benefits and uses of essential oils is endless.
I use essential oils daily. It may be frankincense oil on my face, lavender oil for a burn or a whiff of sweet orange for a quick pick me up.
Several times a week I have a diffuser going with a variety of oils depending on the time of year or if one of the girls are sick.
We always take oils with us when we travel. Usually one of us gets carsick after several hours on the road especially if we’ve been reading.
Stock Up On Your Essential Oils
I’ve purchased oils from several companies over the years. I watch for sales and stock up so I have oils on hand.
Grapefruit (Pink) Essential Oil
I like to have a variety so that I can mix up blends when I need them.
I usually purchase my oils on Amazon Prime or directly from Simply Earth or Plant Therapy.
You don’t have to purchase oils from a direct sales company to get pure oils. I have a drawer full of a variety of oil brands and feel safe using them all.
Do your own research and find what is right for your family.
Have DIY Oil Supplies On Hand
Essential Oil Tools & Accessories
Have extra roller bottles, inhaler tubes, lip balm tubes, containers and carrier oils on hand so you can whip up these recipes when you need them.
The roller bottle opener tool in this kit is really helpful especially if you plan to reuse roller bottles.
You can purchase the bottle opener tool by itself for about $5 on Amazon.
Simply Earth is a good option when you are first getting started with oils because they have a subscription box that contains all the equipment you need to get started plus they include 4 essential oils.
Try Simply Earth’s Subscription Box and receive a $20 off coupon when you use the code STACYRUSSELLFREE at checkout.
Read my review on the Simply Earth Subscription Bonus box here.
You Need More Than One Diffuser
If you found this post you probably already have at least one diffuser.
Essential Oil Diffuser
I recommend always having a backup diffuser. There is nothing worse than when your diffuser dies on you.
I’ve had it happen and it was an expensive diffuser I got with a kit. Grab that diffuser if you see it under $20 because it works great.
The one I got 2 years ago is still working great but isn’t always in stock.
