Essential Oils are becoming very popular these days and for good reason. The benefits and uses of essential oils are endless.
I use essential oils daily. It may be frankincense oil on my face, lavender oil for a burn or a whiff of sweet orange for a quick pick me up.
Several times a week I have a diffuser going with a variety of oils depending on the time of year or if one of the girls are sick.
We always take oils with us when we travel. Usually one of us gets carsick after several hours on the road especially if we’ve been reading.

Stock Up On Your Essential Oils
I’ve purchased oils from several companies over the years. I watch for sales and stock up so I have oils on hand.
I like to have a variety so that I can mix up blends when I need them.
I usually purchase my oils from Simply Earth, Plant Therapy or Isagenix.
Do your own research and find what is right for your family.

You Need More Than One Diffuser
Essential Oil Diffuser
If you’re looking at this post you probably already have at least one diffuser.
When my first diffuser stopped working I told myself I would always have a backup diffuser. There is nothing worse than when your diffuser dies on you.
Especially when you are using it for a sick kid!
I’ve had it happen and it was an expensive diffuser I got with a kit. Grab that diffuser if you see it under $20 because it works great.
The one I got 2 years ago is still working great but it isn’t always in stock.
