Follow these tips to help you have a successful first month.
1. Measure Yourself When You First Get Started
You are likely to notice your clothes fitting differently but taking measurements gives you the real picture of what's going on
2. Weigh Yourself Weekly
Ok, we all want to see the scale move so go ahead and weigh but remember you may notice other changes before the scale moves.
Don't be obsessed and weigh every day because we all know our weight fluctuates daily.
3. Stick To The Basic Plan
The plan is simple. Don't overcomplicate it.
Drink 2 shakes a day and eat 1 healthy meal every day.
Most people will need a healthy snack or 2 depending on activity level.

Are Cleanse Days Mandatory For Losing Weight On Isagenix?
You don't have to use the Cleanse for Life or the Ionix (stuff for stress) if you're budget doesn't allow it or if you want to try the shakes first.
I've known many people who added the Isalean shakes to their daily eating plan and have lost weight.
I lost 5lbs in the first week just by switching to Isalean shakes from the brand I had been using.
Of course, Cleanse for Life and Ionix may enhance your weight loss and give you benefits you won't get from the shakes alone but if that's where you want to start your health and weight loss journey then do so.
4. Don't Add Anything To Your Shakes
The best way to drink your shake is with water and ice. Don't use milk or add fruit during the first month as you will be changing the nutrients and calories which could affect your weight loss.

It is important to make your shake in a blender with ice so it will taste the very best.

9. Beat Detox Symptoms
If you have never cleansed, or have had difficulty with other cleansing processes in the past, start the cleanse on a day with low demands, when you can relax, and see how you respond.
If you feel a little off the first day try to hang in there; it's a normal response and who really likes going without food.
That alone was hard for me at first!
Most often detox symptoms are a sign your body is getting rid of toxins and they will go away.
Have a headache:
Drink more WATER!
Eight glasses a day is a must during a cleanse.
Avoid aspirin and other over-the-counter pain relievers because they too are toxins!
Feel chilled?
Try some warm peppermint or ginger tea, and/or a warm soak in the tub.
Dress warmly.
Cut back on the amount of Cleanse for Life if this is extreme.
Have a hard time sleeping?
Be sure that you are not taking your accelerator caps late in the afternoon or evening.
Try some chamomile tea half an hour before bed.
Tips For After Your First Month On Isagenix
If you have been following the basic shake and cleanse day routines but not seeing changes try one of these modifications to see if you can get the scale to move.
Don't try them all at once or you won't know what is working for you.
Pick, what seems like the easiest tweak and try it for a week.
1. Intermittent Fast Every Day
All this means is that you delay your first meal of the day and stop eating at a certain time.
You will determine a window of time you allow yourself to eat each day.
Try a 12-hour eating window first and move to an 8-hour eating window if you can.
2. Change What You Eat For Your Meal
If you have 2 shakes a day and a regular meal then change that meal to mainly protein and vegetables.
This means you should stop eating bread, rice, and potatoes.
You don't have to do this forever but when you avoid the starches you may see weight loss faster.
3. Increase Your Activity
If you haven't been exercising then make an attempt to at least walk extra steps every day.
Gradually, increase to longer walks, faster walks, weight lifting, or some other exercise that gets you moving for at least 30 minutes a day.
4. Rethink Your Snacks
Perhaps you haven't been eating snacks so you may need to increase your calories.
I know that sounds crazy but if you go too low in calories for too long you will not lose weight.
However, if you are having several snacks every day you may need to cut back.
Another option is to start changing your snack to only protein snacks and see if things start to shift for you.
5. Try the ER Shred
Ok, let's say you've been using the products on the regular plan and you want to change things up a bit you could try what some people are calling the ER Shred method of eating.

Meat for your meals, meat for your snacks, and bone broth on cleanse days.
You will eliminate all sugar, fruit, vegetables, and carbs from your diet for 11 days.
After 11 days, you will evaluate how you feel and start slowly eating other foods.
