When Will I Be Charged For The Color Street Subscription Box Each Month?
Subscription box charges will be processed on the 2nd of each month before the box is shipped.
For example, for those who enroll in the program in May, the first charge will be processed on June 2nd.
Are Color Play Boxes Refundable?
Color Play boxes are nonrefundable. If you receive a box with missing or damaged items, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
To skip an upcoming box or cancel your subscription for future boxes, adjust your preferences in the Color Play section of your account settings before the 25th of each month.

To skip an upcoming box or cancel your subscription for future boxes, adjust your preferences in the Color Play subscription section of your account before 12AM CT on the 25th of the month.
- Log in to your Color Street account
- Look for the subscription menu to cancel your subscription
Is There A Limit To How Many Months Can Be Skipped?
Subscribers can skip as many boxes as they want without penalty.
Can A Customer Cancel Their Subscription And Re-enroll In The Program Under A Different Stylist?
Yes.
Will All Monthly Nail Subscription Boxes Offer The Same Value In Terms Of Included Items?
While the exact value may vary slightly from month to month, the total value of all items included in each box falls within a standard range that exceeds the final cost of the monthly subscription.
Will Color Street Send Color Play Email Confirmations Or Reminders?
Yes. Color Street will send the following automated emails:
- Color Play Subscription Program sign-up confirmation.
- Notification to Stylist when a new customer enrolls in the program.
- Notification to customer if a subscription payment was declined.
- Reminder about the upcoming monthly charge on the 20th of the month, and a reminder that those who wish to skip the box must do so by the 24th.
- Notification of a successful skipped box if the customer opts out of next month’s box by the 24th.
- Notification to customers if their subscription is transferred to a new Stylist due to a change in their original Stylist’s account status.
Can I Sell Color Street On Amazon?

Top Tips For Healthy Nails and Cuticles
1. Use Cuticle Oil
Use cuticle oil regularly to keep them healthy and nice looking.
Cuticle oil is available from Color Street, you can buy one, or make your own cuticle oil with these recipes.
2. Take Collagen
Collagen is great for your skin and nails.
I recommend you take a daily dose of collagen.
Since each person is different you may have to experiment to find the one you like the best.
These are the brands I recommend:
- Isagenix Collagen Elixir – liquid marine collagen
- Further Foods – powdered bovine collagen
3. Use Glass Files
If you file your nails often you should use a glass file since it is easier on your nails.
They can help prevent chipping, breaking, and cracking since they are more gentle on the layers of your nails.
Glass nail files also make nice gifts.
How long does Color Street really last?
Color Street 100% nail polish strips last for roughly 10-14 days.
I’ve found that glitters last the longest especially when you use a coat of clear nail polish.
