Apply the roller blend to your pulse points, such as wrists, behind the ears, and along the collarbone, before bedtime to help induce a restful night’s sleep.

1. Sweet Slumber Roller Blend

Ingredients:

  • 10 ml (1/3 oz) roller bottle
  • 10 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops Cedarwood essential oil
  • 5 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • Carrier oil (e.g., fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil)

Instructions:

  1. Add the specified number of drops of each essential oil to the roller bottle.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice, leaving a small amount of space at the top.
  3. Place the rollerball top on the bottle and securely cap it.
